Since, we work directly with the Seller's Mandate we only
Need LOI to start and we will confirm with the Mandate if
What you want to buy is available. We then confirm
With you availability of product and if it is availabe we will need
A Banking Letter to proceed.

Minimum Order = 200,000 MT = 1.2 MM Barrels

We can provide up to 1 Billion Barrels per month if needed by your buyers.



The LOI must be on the Buyer's Letterhead and must include the following information:


1) Type of Oil and/or Fuel wanted to buy - Must include the Full Specs?

2) Exacty Quantity wanted to buy and if this is a One Time Order or

Will be for Monthly or Yearly Contracts?

3) Destination where they will be delivered and if want C&F, CIF, FOB, etc...?

4) How the buyer will pay for their order as it could affect the price a bit?

5) Please provide Refinery Name, Refinery Location, Refinery
Capabilities & Registration Number.

The Seller's Mandate will sell Only to Refineries only and not
Traders.
